In terms of the connection between the national level and enterprises, 2021 was the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, a year of deepening reform, and a year of fighting the epidemic. Specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises, this year has been truly tough. They have generally faced three challenges: reduced orders, shortage of funds and policy shocks. The majority of small, medium and micro enterprises have gritted their teeth and held on, enduring and getting through it. As long as they are still alive, it is a victory. However, konda Elevator defied difficulties and forged ahead last year, which was a year of "a significant increase in performance and a marked improvement in quality". This year, we worked together, grew and reaped rewards, seeking transformation. The company achieved a 40% increase in revenue compared to the previous year. It is gratifying that at the "Confidence Wins the Future" China Real Estate Honor List Award Ceremony hosted by the Jiangxi Real Estate Association, konda Elevator was awarded the "2021 China (Jiangxi) Real Estate Quality Supplier Brand", which indicates the high recognition of konda Elevator's products by the entire real estate industry in the province."

The company adheres to technological innovation. Last year, it obtained 11 utility model patents and 5 invention patents. It passed the acceptance of the Intelligent Elevator Engineering Technology Center and continued to be certified as a high-tech enterprise. Moreover, konda Elevator was approved to establish an enterprise science and technology association and applied for the Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Association Education Base. The brand influence of the company is growing day by day. konda Elevator has become a field teaching point for the training of key personnel in special equipment safety supervision in Jiangxi Province. The company currently has 9 Party members and 3 active applicants for Party membership, who have played an advanced and exemplary role. I was elected as a representative of the People's Congress of Xinjian District last October. This honor naturally belongs to konda Elevator. The company attaches great importance to enhancing the academic education of its employees and has introduced relevant incentive policies. Eleven employees took the adult college entrance examination, either attending junior colleges or pursuing bachelor's degrees, and all were admitted. Congratulations to them!

Diligence is rewarded by heaven, and time flows like gold. Dear colleagues, of course, we still have many shortcomings and deficiencies. Time waits for no one. We must correct our mistakes. The company's work should always revolve around 12 words, which are "tapping potential internally, seizing the market externally, and improving quality and efficiency". Financially, it is necessary to provide accurate data sources for the decision-making level and offer strong financial information support for enterprise management. To build reliable quality, we must improve and implement the company's quality assurance system, ensuring that everything is accounted for, every matter is responded to, and every item is properly handled. It is necessary to enhance the intensity of employee training, strengthen the quality control of the company's products, the development of new and characteristic products, as well as the technological reserve work. We should adhere to the path of combining independent development with technology introduction to add impetus to the development of the enterprise. We need to enhance the sales force both within and outside the province, recruit a large number of outstanding sales personnel, intensify efforts to promote and sell the konda Elevator brand, develop more high-quality and stable agents, and set up branches or offices in cities with relatively good performance. We need to further enhance the operational stability of the product upon its implementation. We will do our utmost to reduce production and operation costs while ensuring production, installation quality and after-sales service, so as to achieve the best cost performance of the product and maximize profits, thereby benefiting the increase in employees' income and the company's growth and strengthening. In addition, we should increase our investment in public welfare to give back to society.
