Konda Elevator Co., Ltd. carried out a two-day team spirit and internal development training in early February 2018. The company has invited Zhong Kaihui, the General Manager of Jiangxi Datongxiang Cultural Development Co., Ltd., as the trainer to host and give a lecture.

During the two mornings of the training period, company employees gathered in the training classroom to listen to Mr. Zhong's lecture on team spirit. Mr. Zhong vividly interprets the importance of team roles and team building through the well-known characters in Journey to the West, and explains the principle that there are no individuals, only teams. Everyone listened attentively and was deeply inspired. In the afternoon, President Zhong led everyone to carry out expansion activities in konda Elevator Phase II Plant. The activities were carried out around the word "group", and the team completed each task with the strength of the group, so that the randomly combined teams from the initial complaint of not cooperating with each other to the later tacit understanding gradually grew, and the task was completed through cooperation.
