In order to successfully develop the konda elevator product project, he and the technical team always discussed the specific details of the research and development countless times, went deep into the workshop to do experiments and debugging, constantly overturned, constantly re started, and overcame one technical difficulty after another.

Luo Jianhua was responsible for leading and completing 23 elevator research and development projects from 2012 to 2016. Among them, the type tests of the 3.2-ton 4:1 freight elevator and the 5-ton car elevator have passed, filling two gaps in elevator manufacturing in Jiangxi. Since 2012, he has personally obtained 18 utility models and led the company's R&D team to obtain 143 utility models, as well as one invention authorization, bringing considerable economic and social benefits to the company.

Regarding this, Zhou Qiuqiu, the Deputy General Manager of the company, said, "Our company started from scratch, and all products were developed by General Engineer Luo and his team.
