From a large number of publicity reports, people know that the maintenance and use problems are up to 60% of the factors that lead to elevator safety hazards, which means that maintenance units, users and supervision units all play an important role in elevator safety problems.

Konda Elevator Group Company has thousands of box elevators and dozens of escalators. On the morning of August 1st at 10 o'clock, the company convened personnel from various departments to conduct a special education and training on escalator safety in the training conference room on the second floor. Chief Engineer Luo gave a PPT presentation on the principle of escalator safety and related maintenance and safe use matters in response to the Jingzhou elevator cannibalism incident. In the summary of the meeting, the chairman of the company emphasized that the design department must attach great importance to elevator safety design, and maintenance personnel should immediately carry out emergency actions to comprehensively investigate the safety hazards of the maintained elevators.

Mr. Luo and Mr. Rao from the maintenance department led everyone to the production workshop to observe the finished escalator products on site and provide key guidance.
