All workshop employees, representatives from the production department, technology department, sales department, administration department, finance department, procurement department, and company management attended the meeting.
At the meeting, employees freely expressed their opinions and views on work, life, environment, meals, welfare benefits, positions, salaries, social security, transportation and other issues. The management listened carefully to the employees' opinions and made detailed records. For some questions that could be answered on the spot, they were exchanged on the spot.
